The August issue of Crumbs Costwolds celebrates summer food, such as barbecue, salads, chicken wings and sea bream. The issue also offers a selection of recipes from many chefs.

 
An article entitled “The king of the grill” focuses on the Hobbs House Cookery School, opened in 2011 and offering courses for all people to know how to prepare barbecues. The courses are the occasion to discover new utensils and cooking methods.
Another interesting article inside the August issue of Crumbs Costwolds is the one entitled “The Country Chicken”. The article is focusing on chicken wings grilled following new methods. Going along with the article, the readers will find a recipe of barbecue chicken wings cooked with watermelon, chilli and ginger. Robert Goves additionally presented a beautiful photo of the result, showing a glazed chicken.
