Monday 24th-Sunday 30th March is National Butchers Week. Indeed, it is important to love our local butcher: he is not only there to cut meat but he also offers help and advice. Our magazine met three butchers across the West Country who demonstrates how they remain passionate about their work with some fantastic tips, including some lesser-known cuts that might just save us some money too. Well, let us admit that shopping online is easier and more convenient. In fact, shopping for groceries online is a growing trend… But we have to remind that it could be detrimental to our local shops if we do not shop online wisely.
